Having suffered with deep depression himself and feeling very alone with no purpose, Jason reflects on how he not only found the inspiration to talk, but also on how a Goldfish called 'Wilson' saved his life...
Jason also discusses how he now uses his own life experiences to help players, members, coaches, parents and officials struggling with mental health to reach out for support.
